I am very excited to announce that I have been admitted into the Nurse Practitioner Master's Track at Regis College! I am SO excited about this program for a few reasons...
First, after two years, I will have a BSN - which is a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. This is ideal because if our lives have changed (i.e. we have kids), I will be able to get a job as a nurse in a hospital more easily than if I just had my RN (Registered Nurse) as hospitals are preferring to hire BSNs over RNs.
So, in 2014, if all goes as planned... I'll be graduating as a Nurse Practitioner!!
