Sunday, I limped and Chris walked around Epcot. My foot hurt SO bad, I almost thought it was broken, but I didn't want to miss out!
For the past few months or so, Epcot has had an international food festival, so part of our mission was to taste all of the worldly vegetarian fare they had! We had... spanikopita in Greece, fantastic baguette and cheese in France, falafel in Morocco, ceviche in Chile... it was fantastic! For dinner, we shared a plate of tofu-vegetable stir fry in China and a plate of vegetable couscous in Morocco! It was great!
In addition to eating our way around the world, we also took in some of the attractions! One of my favorite attractions was called The Land. It talked about the development of the earth, and showed different ways that scientists are trying to grow food so that it has less of a negative impact on the earth. It was fantastic! We also rode on the Test Track, Soarin', and Ellen's Energy Adventure (or whatever it's called). I think my mind was focused on my foot too much to take photos!!
